I don't want to use color printing on some documents that may enjoy color surrounded by them. How do I only just use black?

Sometimes printing out a copy of an e-mail nearby is colored advertising within it I don't want to waste the color ink for that.

I don't want to use color printing on some documents that may enjoy color surrounded by them. How do I only just use black?

Go to printer set-up and check the box that say print in grayscale
Go to the printer properties and select color--->> black and your prints will come out of late B&W
Go to File, then Print. When the print dialog box comes up, click on Properties, next on Color. Click Print In Greyscale and it will print black & white.
