not suprised... seriously of things arn't compatable w\ vista... i have vista.. u probably get a CD when u get ur printer, try putting it in and download the software again and see if it works...
if your printer is elder and used with an XP or any other OS prior to vista after the software CD that come with the printer is probably not compatible beside the older OS's. try any going online to the HP website for a driver update or try contacting them for a CD to be precise compatible with vista
According to the HP website, this printer is compatible near Vista. Just follow the instructions posted in the cooperation provided below...
you can try using the software for it through an xp emulator, I have hear that vista has that built surrounded by for non-compatible hardware.
