My company have 1 existing and 2 bright printers, I want a best explanation to stop using the existing printer.?

The points are, the printer is not next to me, it is located somewhere else; and the reason or act must be logically and acceptable.

Cost of care, quality of print.
why do u requirement a reason?
simply say you hold a lot of files that u own to print and the old one take too long and sometimes stops printing for no good sense
tell the truth as to the use you don't want to use it, if it's the whole pre-school i want to use the fresh one just because it's new next i can understand, but that won't fly near the bosses, so sabotage the aged printer, I'm sure you can find a way.
installed memory, speed, cost of toner and processor. Newer printers hold more memory, more ppm and have built within processors. Their toner and ink expenses may be lower as well but probably not.
Just guessing but, better print aspect and speed with clean printers? Better up time? More efficient use of paper/ink? Able to print within color? Reliability?
what makes you expect the next printer will be placed hard by your desk? even if you did get them to rework the printers, nope I'm afraid it is a network printer and it will stay where on earth it is because that is the logical place for it,
Budget and cost control - cost of keeping, maximize use of office space, and rising work production.

Sell the existing one while it's still has appeal.
Just lean against the shelf it's on a bump it off the shelf and voice oops, guess I broke the printer.
