It sounds like you could hold left some sensitive of packing in explicitly blocking the feed

I guess you've get it set up correctly?

Try taking the paper out & putting a different amount of sheets within (less/more).

Aside from that, dodgy component in the printer (either article sensor or feed rollers).

Get a replacement, if so.
Refering to the user almanac, or download it from the Canon website if necessary, check to ensure that adjectives parts are installed correctly and the paper-path is unobstructed.



If that fails to minister to then you might want to verbs the paper-feed rollers thoroughly using isopropyl alcohol as dirt or other contaminants might be causing them to slip on the rag, though it definitely shouldn't call for that doing if it was certainly working correctly when the seller posted it to you and I'd suspect it be not working as economically as advertised (or be damaged surrounded by transit).
Have you installed the software for it?

Is it set as your default printer instead of your previous printer?

Take it to your friend's house and try it on their PC ( NOTE ...you will have need of to install the software for it on their machine ).

Re-install the software on your own device.

Last, take it posterior to who you bought it from, the printer bands that work the newspaper feed hold been jammed at some time and are out of synchronisation next to the paper rollers.
