I hold an Hp adjectives within one series Printer that will not install. I hold the disc but it won't install it any.

When I try to print something it go into some kind of fax mode. It say no printer is hooked up at all. The connections are fine. Any suggestions?

First, create sure you followed the installation procedure before inserting the Driver/CD installation software.



Are you sure you did'nt turn on the printer past installing the software/driver ? And did'nt connect the USB connection to the PC on the other hand ? These are the basic and fundamental procedure that will aid make your printer work properly, if the printer is hooked up to the computer. If the printer's operation is independent from the computer, later you have to examine fully the manual operation of the printer through the User's Guide Manual or get suggestion from the dealership or the manufacturer.





If the above be not being complied, you own to re-install the Printer's driver/software, but first uninstall the previous installation.
Go the HP website and download the software for your printer there.
