My canon pixma ip2000 will print contained by colour but not within black mode what am I doing wrong?

I've tried cleaning the nozzles and everything else to the extent that I use a tape just cleaning the head but it still does not work

There can be other problems too.. best way to diagnose would be to thieve a `test page' printout.. it will help you and offer you the accurate answer (double click on your printer icon.. if required through `control panel>printers & faxes and use the choice `print test page)
