Kyocera 1020D laser printer not fully picking up rag.?

A friend freshly gave me a Kyocera FS-1020D laser printer. It have an issue where when you turn to print. The paper is one and only picked up part style and then the printer will indicate it is any out of paper or a conserve has occur. Is this a common problem and what could fix this? Can the toner tape have something to do next to it?

Try cleaning the feed rollers, and fusers or drum cartridges (different than toner or ink), could ususally lead to the problem. I would first clean the rollers, consequently try replacing the drum cartridge, next is that doesn't work, need a foreign fuser.
