I enjoy hp laserjet 5000 printer. Which is of 4 years old. After few hundred prints near new toner, problem begin. prints become spotted. This continued even after service. Is printer life is over? is it time for replacement?

Four years is along time for any printer, or computer. I would replace it. Printers don't cost as much as they used to so you can probably pick up a better ability printer for a decent price.
