How frequent times i can use a printer to kind it's caterage work atleast more than a month?

my printer go off every month due to overuse how much should i use it to manufacture it work more than a month when my catrage is 28 ml and i have to use everday 10 page average and it takes mostly 1/2 ml of 1/4 of the catrage ???

If you own this many problems check following.

Do you use genuine cartridges from the printer capitalist ? I suspect not, but it's adviseable to run a sheet or 2 a day to maintain it in decree.

If you rely on printer for business don't use inkjet, get a colour laser instead, prices dropping like a shot.
If it clogs, take it out, pour rubbing alcohol on a newspaper towel folded up, then wipe (DO NOT WIPE, it will clog the head) on the wetted nouns, this will thin out and verbs up the print head.
